I am dedicated and passionate about helping you see your true potential hiding behind the layers of emotional scars, trauma & childhood beliefs.
As a woman who grew up in a dysfunctional home with many twists and turns through the years I am here to tell you there is a light at the end of the tunnel. You took the first step by being here, so let's get started

I created Souls Journey an 8 week mentoring for those who are ready to delve deep into healing. This is NOT THERAPY, but rather Inspirational guidance.
I work with you on a PERSONAL basis, as no two people will have the same life experiences and everyone's healing is different
Your journey through my course will tap into Inner child work, Limited beliefs, Gratitude and manifestation, Changing thought processes, and much more.
I use a variety of modalities during the 8 weeks included, but not limited to : Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, Crystal healing, Guided Meditations,
Inner child retrieval. ** Please note this is based on my intuition and if this might be right for you **
Most sessions are in my office, a few can be through zoom
You will also have work to do in- between sessions.

Where we begin
My course consists of 8 weeks - each week has a specific
outline and you are asked to commit.
REQUEST your FREE 20 Minute Consult to see if this is the right fit for you.
Once we determine together this is right for you we will book your first session. First session includes a detailed intake/questionnaire, medical history, family history and what you would like to achieve
FIRST INTAKE session in my office.

Because there is paperwork to fill out & I prefer to meet you in person
this would be the ideal situation
This is a commitment and therefore important that you complete the 8 weeks.
Investing in ourselves is one of the most precious things we can do for our Soul.
Outline
Your Souls Journey is YOURS and YOURS ALONE
My course works with your personal goals and healing
We will work together each week to determine and adjust accordingly to how your healing is progressing.
Weekly Outline
Week 1 - Intake (1.5 hours)
Week 2 - Reiki Session - follow up on inner work you are sent home with (1 hour)
Week 3 - Meditation - Inner child work (1.5 hours)
*** Please note Inner child work can open up past traumas - we will discuss this at the time of your session to determine if you are ready ***
Week 4 - We work through your Journal work given, tap into emotions
& discuss your progress (1 hour)
Week 5 - Integrated Energy Therapy Session (1 hour)
We take a break to allow the IET to integrate
Week 6 - Follow up and discussion after your IET session.
Evaluate the progress, discuss thoughts & begin some more inner work (1 hour)
Week 7 - Guided Deep Meditation - Work on Beliefs systems & how to begin changing them - Journal homework given (1.5 hours)
Week 8 - Reiki session - Discuss your progress through the 8 weeks -
create an action plan on your next steps
* At this time we will discuss if you feel you may need step into my inspirational guidance weekly sessions (1.5 hours)
At your first appointment you will choose your payment plan option and sign a commitment agreement for your Souls Journey Course

I offer a few ways for you to take advantage of this course
Weekly payments based on the session
First & Second Sessions are paid up front - total $210.00
Payment options are as follows - Venmo - Cash App - Cash
Credit Cards are accepted, however there will be a 3% fee added for processing fees
Remaining payments are as follow
Session 3 - $125.00 * Session 4 - $75.00
Session 5 - $85.00 * Session 6 - $75.00
Session 7 - $125.00 * Session 8 - $ 125.00
Payment options
Option 1 - 2 Payments $ 410.00
Option 2 - 3 payments of $273.00
Option 3 - 4 payments of $205.00
Payments are due at first appointment - depending on your option choice
A commitment invoice will be provided at time of your first appointment

Life can bring us down from time to time and with the world in a state of major changes universally many of us need an outlet, and ear to bend, a compassionate person to guide us through some of the rough patches we fall into. I am passionate about helping you to get through the rough patch and get back on your feet. Inspirational Guidance is for those just seeking someone to listen and guide them through changes.
